Why use Mboxes(tm) Services?

Sure, there are other services that offer you some sort of "Email" service, but some are more expensive, some offer fewer features, and some do not let you control your own mailbox. Some even say that they will provide service "forever" for just one up-front payment! I suppose they mean "until they quit doing business" - and might that be when they have collected enough money? Can one really run a business "forever" on no money? Yes, we charge you a very small amount per month for each year's service, because we are a real business, wanting to stay in business for the long haul.

There are some that even offer you a "free" mailbox or forwarding service, but they often require you to download and use their special "advertising" software on your computer. Might their software have a "back door" to let them see anything on your computer? Hopefully not, ... but it certainly could! Further, you usually have to put up with either seeing advertising on your screen or getting advertising mail, or both. Either can become quite annoying, especially if they increase the advertising substantially after you are "hooked" (you have all of your business cards and stationary printed, and distributed). Yes, "free" is less money - but how about the quality of life?

Some services offer Mail Forwarding only, with no real mailbox at all. At first that might seem sufficient, but we feel our Real Mailbox, Auto Reply, Forwarding, etc. give you the control you should have over your mail. For example, we allow you to change, enable, or disable a forwarding address for your mail at any time - you are in control. Then, for added measure, we throw in the "Lifetime URL(tm)" feature.
